Meet Dr. Diann Smith!

Crossroads Pet Hospital is excited to welcome Dr. Diann Smith to our Carrollton family as our new medical director. dr-diann-smith

Dr. Smith has practiced medicine for more than 30 years. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University in 1987, and has practiced medicine in the north Texas area ever since. Her veterinary interests are internal medicine, wellness care, and geriatrics.

Dr. Smith lives in Richardson and has two adult children, Kayla and Josh, her cats, Arrow, Eevee, Sylveon, Skitty, and Glaceon, and her black Labrador mixes, Sam and Joe. When she isn’t helping animals at Crossroads Pet Hospital, you can find her reading, hiking, or hanging out on the beach near her family’s lake house at Lake Texoma.

“The human-animal bond is one of the most important relationships we have in life,” Dr. Smith said. “Pets bring us an immense amount of joy and we owe them the best care that we can provide.”
